So it was just me for dinner tonight. When that happens often the baked beans make an appearance…which they did tonight…along with a strange combination of whatever was left in the veggie drawer of the fridge. I can confirm that rocket (wonderful homegrown variety thanks to a neighbour) compliments beans very nicely. Being a bit of a rocket fan I just stop short of having it on my cereal!
